SaccoMann in Birmingham is looking for a Banking Solicitor (2–7 PQE) to join their Banking & Finance team, advising lenders, borrowers and financial institutions on high-value transactions.

You will work with recognised specialists, develop lasting client relationships, and contribute to cross-border matters. The role offers hybrid working, early responsibility, and a competitive salary with benefits.

Qualifications

• 2–7 years' PQE in Banking & Finance
• Experience acting for lenders and/or borrowers on finance transactions
• Strong drafting and technical skills
• Commercial awareness and excellent communication skills
• A proactive, collaborative approach with a genuine ambition to progress

Responsibilities

• Advise on corporate and acquisition finance, real estate finance and related matters
• Draft and negotiate finance documentation and term sheets
• Support business development and client relationship building
• Collaborate closely with partners and assume responsibility for matters
