Job summary

Forvis Mazars UK is seeking a skilled Banking Risk Consultant to manage a portfolio of Financial Services clients, leading internal audit fieldwork, reporting, and stakeholder engagement. You will oversee senior auditors, deliver high-quality dashboards and presentations, and contribute to risk assessments and governance engagements.

The role requires experience in internal audit within Banking/FS, strong communication and training delivery skills, and the ability to develop new business

Qualifications

• Experience planning, delivering and managing internal audit fieldwork.
• Experience managing a portfolio of Banking and Financial Services Internal Audit clients.
• Ability to present at Audit Committees and run client training webinars.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of clients, overseeing Internal Audit plans, risk assessments, engagement management and reporting.
• Lead internal audit fieldwork and supervise junior team members.
• Review drafts of internal audit reports and other deliverables.
• Lead client meetings (ExCo) and maintain strong client relationships.
• Identify opportunities for new work and contribute to client proposals.
