The role manages client engagements, oversees internal audit plans, and mentors junior staff, while developing client relationships and contributing to proposals and quality

Qualifications

• ACA, CA, ACCA, IIA or CII qualification.
• Experience planning and delivering internal audit engagements.
• Experience managing portfolio in investment management and wealth management.
• Strong communication and report-writing skills for senior management.
• Ability to present findings to Audit Committees.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of clients and oversee Internal Audit plans and risk assessments.
• Lead fieldwork and supervise junior team members.
• Draft internal audit reports and deliverables.
• Lead meetings with Exco and maintain client relationships.
• Identify opportunities for new work and support proposals.
• Ensure Quality and Risk standards across the team.
