NPA Recruit is seeking a Banking Litigation Solicitor for a highly respected leader in the financial sector. You will manage complex banking disputes from inception through to resolution in a supportive, client‑focused team.

Qualifications

• Qualified solicitor with at least 2 years' PQE in banking litigation.
• Experience handling complex banking disputes and regulatory matters.
• Strong research and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle a caseload of banking and financial disputes from inception to resolution.
• Research banking regulations and precedent to inform strategies.
• Advise clients on risks, outcomes, and dispute options.
• Prepare pleadings, statements, and settlement documents.
• Represent clients in court, mediations, and arbitrations.
• Negotiate settlements to minimise litigation.
• Collaborate with experts to strengthen evidence.
• Ensure compliance with AML and fraud guidelines.
• Identify legal risks for financial institutions and advise preventive strategies.
• Liaise with clients and stakeholders to track progress.
• Stay updated on developments in banking law and litigation techniques.
