Job summary

Connect Legal Partners is seeking a banking solicitor to handle a broad range of finance matters for UK banks and lenders. You will draft facility agreements and LMA documents, and advise on a variety of finance transactions.

The role involves general corporate lending, acquisition finance, real estate finance, project finance and asset-based lending, with opportunities for client work and business development.

Qualifications

• Four to seven years PQE; qualified in England and Wales; banking experience.

Responsibilities

• Draft facility agreements, LMA documents and credit agreements.
• Handle general corporate lending, acquisition, real estate, project and asset-based lending.
• Engage in client work and business development within a banking team.
