Job summary

Interim Banking & Finance Lawyer sought by a leading international financial institution. 4-6 PQE with a strong private practice banking & finance background to support its Corporate Finance team on high-value financing transactions.

4-6 month contract, outside IR35, remote from UK. You'll structure, review and negotiate facility agreements, coordinating with external counsel and internal stakeholders on transaction execution.

Qualifications

• 4-6 years' PQE in banking & finance required.
• Strong grounding in traditional banking & finance transactions and LMA/APLMA documentation.
• Experience in private practice banking teams or in-house roles.
• Exposure to a broad range of lending products and financing structures.
• Islamic finance experience is advantageous but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Structure, review and negotiate facility agreements and related finance documents.
• Coordinate with external counsel and internal stakeholders on transaction execution.
• Advise on a wide variety of domestic and cross-border financing transactions, including bilateral and syndicated lending, project finance, leveraged and acquisition finance, structured finance, fund finance, real estate finance, asset finance and debt restructurings.
