Leading International Firm in Manchester seeks a Banking & Finance Solicitor at Associate, Senior Associate or Legal Director level to join a growing team. You will advise lenders, borrowers and financial institutions on a broad range of financing transactions.

The role covers corporate lending, acquisition finance, real estate finance and asset-based lending, with opportunities to work across corporate, real estate and restructuring teams in a collaborative, commercially minded environment.

Qualifications

• Banking and finance experience across financing transactions.
• Exposure to corporate lending, acquisition finance and real estate finance.
• Experience drafting and negotiating finance and security documents.

Responsibilities

• Advise lenders, borrowers and funds on a broad range of financing matters.
• Draft and negotiate finance documents, including LMA and bespoke agreements.
• Collaborate with corporate, real estate and restructuring teams.
• Support business development and client relationship building.
