Job summary

eNL in Manchester is seeking an experienced Banking Solicitor to specialise in asset-based lending within a high-value finance team. You will advise lenders, banks, corporates and fund managers on complex security and finance transactions.

The role offers close collaboration with Partners, exposure to real estate finance, leveraged finance and corporate lending, and a supportive environment with clear progression in a leading regional practice.

Qualifications

• Qualified Solicitor with at least 4 years’ PQE.
• Experience in asset-based lending is essential.
• Experience at leading national, regional or city practice.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Advise on asset-based lending and a broad range of banking and finance matters.
• Work alongside Partners on transactions involving real estate finance, capital markets, leveraged finance and corporate lending.
• Advise lenders, banks, corporates and fund managers and develop client relationships.
