Job summary

JSS is seeking an experienced Business Data Analyst to support a major data transformation programme within banking. You will map data from multiple source systems into a Common Data Model (CDM) and drive reporting, MI and regulatory data delivery.

The role combines hands-on data work with collaboration across business SMEs, engineers and architects. The initial contract is 6 months with a hybrid London-based setup: 3 days on site and 2 days remote, offering exposure to Cloud data platforms such

Qualifications

• Excellent SQL skills.
• Strong data mapping, integration or ETL experience.
• Financial Services experience – ideally Lending, Savings, Regulatory Reporting, Finance or Risk.
• Experience with cloud data platforms – GCP/BigQuery preferred.
• Power BI or Tableau experience beneficial.
• Data modelling/CDM experience is a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Map data from multiple source systems into a Common Data Model (CDM) and onwards to reporting, MI and regulatory domains.
• Collaborate with business SMEs, engineers and architects to support a major data transformation programme.
