Job summary

Allica Bank is hiring a Customer Service Advisor to provide 1st line support to Retail and SME customers via chat and phone, with back-office tasks to ensure smooth operations. You’ll handle inquiries, resolve issues and support KYC/compliance processes while upholding the bank’s values.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in customer-facing roles with strong communication skills.
• Experience handling complex complaints and delivering resolutions.
• Familiar with banking processes: account opening, servicing and payments.
• Ability to use core banking systems and social media as interaction channels.
• Knowledge of KYC procedures and regulatory guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Handle 1st line customer service via chat and telephony for Retail and SME clients.
• Process case management, including outbound communications and payments.
• Resolve complaints and manage sensitive cases (KYC, vulnerable customers).
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and customer outcomes.
• Maintain accurate records and support change initiatives.
