Job summary

Barclays is hiring a Customer Service Advisor to provide resolutions for customer queries and personalise each interaction across multiple channels. You will deliver exceptional service, respond to inquiries, and support collaboration across sales, operations and risk teams to meet client needs and ensure accurate, timely transactions.

You will join Barclays’ Customer Care team, providing face-to-face guidance to Retail Banking customers in branch or local hubs.

Qualifications

• Background in customer service, retail, hospitality or similar roles.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for in-branch support.
• Ability to personalise interactions and resolve queries efficiently.
• Willingness to work 5 days per week, including some weekends.

Responsibilities

• Provide resolutions for customer queries and personalise each interaction across multiple channels.
• Deliver exceptional customer service by responding to inquiries and handling requests.
• Collaborate with sales, operations and risk teams to meet client needs and ensure accurate, timely transactions.
• Support regulatory compliance and internal policies within customer care.
