Job summary

NatWest Group in Manchester is recruiting a Customer Service Officer for Premier Banking. You will handle inbound calls, educate customers on banking options, and deliver a seamless service.

This role is hybrid, 35 hours over 5 days with rotating shifts and 3 weekend shifts. After a 6‑month probation, you’ll work 2 days a week from our Manchester office. A comprehensive training programme supports your development.
