Job summary

Metro Bank Peterborough is seeking a Customer Service Representative to build trusted relationships with customers through meaningful conversations and personalised guidance. The role involves helping customers make confident financial decisions and delivering exceptional service in a busy store environment.

You will work Monday to Friday, 8:45am–5:15pm or 9:00am–5:30pm, with occasional Saturdays. No previous banking experience is required, and training will be provided to develop your banking

• Taking ownership of customer queries and concerns, ensuring customers receive the right support from first contact through to resolution.
• Supporting customers in vulnerable circumstances with empathy, care and understanding.
• Working collaboratively with colleagues to contribute to store performance, customer advocacy and business growth.
• Continuously developing your knowledge, expertise and confidence to become a trusted banking professional.
