Job summary

NTT DATA, Inc. is seeking a senior AI Go-to-Market Lead for Banking in the UK & Ireland. You will shape and execute the AI GTM strategy, drive high-value opportunities, and lead executive conversations with UK&I Banking clients to deliver measurable AI-enabled outcomes.

The role spans strategy, client leadership, deal shaping and cross-functional coordination, leveraging NTT DATA's AI capabilities and ecosystem to create differentiated banking propositions.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of client-facing experience in banking, consulting or tech services.
• Experience with UK&I Banking clients and enterprise AI initiatives.
• Ability to lead executive-level conversations and shape transformation programs.
• Strong understanding of AI, Generative AI and governance.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent; MBA beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the AI GTM strategy for UK&I Banking.
• Identify priority Banking clients and AI opportunity areas.
• Develop propositions across Generative AI, agentic AI, ML and automation.
• Lead executive discussions to prioritise opportunities and outcomes.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across consulting, architecture and delivery.
• Engage senior stakeholders to translate priorities into value propositions.
