Job summary

Landau Ltd seeks a Bank Tutor to support a flexible, on-site educational programme in Telford. You will design, deliver and assess learning activities, driving learner progress and ensuring readiness for external examinations.

The role requires safeguarding awareness, commitment to inclusive education and collaboration with the delivery team to achieve targets and maintain quality standards.

Qualifications

• Role requires delivering high-quality teaching and learning
• Experience in assessing learners and planning sessions
• Ability to tailor sessions to diverse learner needs
• Experience with safeguarding and IAG (information, advice and guidance)

Responsibilities

• Design, develop and deliver a responsive learning programme
• Promote and recruit to the programme and conduct learner inductions
• Deliver engaging sessions covering ASDAN Employability, PSD, Maths and English Skills
• Assess and monitor progress towards individual learning plans
• Supervise Learning Support Assistants to support learners
• Contribute to quality assurance, moderation and feedback for external verification
• Prepare learners for external exams and assessments
• Keep accurate records of recruitment, attendance and progression
