Job summary

Aldanat Care Services is seeking an Experienced Bank Support Worker to provide flexible cover at our Harwich services. You will support adults with a learning disability and complex needs in their own bungalow, helping them live safely and as independently as possible.

As a bank team member, you will cover planned absences and other staffing needs, adapting to different individuals and routines while delivering consistent, respectful, and person-centred support.
