Job summary

Affinity Trust is seeking a dedicated support worker in Whitstable (CT5) with shifts across Blean (CT2) and Herne Bay (CT6). The role offers an hourly rate of £12.75 and involves providing personalised assistance to individuals to promote independence and social connection. A full UK driving licence and access to a car are required.

You will support daily living activities, attend community events, and help clients to build confidence and life skills. DBS is provided and paid for by the employer.

Qualifications

• Enhanced DBS check will be provided and paid by us.

• Support people in Whitstable, Blean and Herne Bay as required, travelling between locations by car.
• Encourage independence and social engagement through outings and activities.
• Adapt support to the individual's needs and preferences daily.
• Help people participate in community activities and build life skills.

You’ll be supporting people in Whitstable (CT5), Blean (CT2), and Herne Bay (CT6). To travel between these areas, you’ll need a car and a full UK driving licence. However, we can consider one applicant who doesn’t drive.
