Keys Group is seeking a dedicated Support Worker in Cornwall to assist adults within our Cornwall Supported Living service. You will support daily routines, promote independence, and help individuals live fulfilling lives within a person-centered framework.
You will assist with health needs, accompany appointments, teach life skills, and provide emotional and physical support. Full induction and ongoing training are provided; DBS checks are paid by the employer.
Full UK Manual Driving License - essential // Manual handling experience - desirable.
Our specialist Supported Living and Outreach service Cornwall, provides support for people with Learning Disabilities, Autism, Mental Health needs and Acquired Brain Injuries. We understand the importance of providing person-centred support that enables independence and meets each individual's needs.
Experience within the care sector is not needed as we offer full training, coaching and development
