Job summary

Prime Life is seeking a Bank Support Worker to join our friendly team at Middlefield House in Gainsborough, caring for 18 residents with physical disabilities and mental health needs. You will join a dedicated team, working flexible shifts between 8am and 8pm on a 7-day rota, with full DBS funding and strong support for your development.

Experience in care is desirable but not essential as full training is provided.

Qualifications

• Patience and empathy to support residents with disabilities and mental health conditions.
• Willingness to undergo full training and DBS checks.

Responsibilities

• Provide respectful, dignified support to residents.
• Encourage residents to achieve the best quality of life.
• Offer companionship and emotional/practical support.
• Assist with daily living decisions and activities.
• Support with personal care, recreation, and meals.
• Promote independence in meal preparation and daily tasks.
• Collaborate with professionals to develop and follow care plans.
