Qualifications

• Caring, patient and respectful approach to residents.
• Experience as a care worker is desirable but not essential.
• Full training provided.
• Able to support residents with daily living and activities.

Responsibilities

• Provide respectful and dignified support to residents.
• Encourage residents to maintain quality of life.
• Offer companionship and emotional support.
• Assist with personal care and daily activities.
• Support residents in meal preparation and mealtimes.
• Work with the team to develop individual care plans.
