National Autistic Society is seeking Bank Support Workers to assist adults with autism in four supported living homes located in Mildenhall, Kenny Hill and Beck Row. You will follow support plans, help with daily routines and participate in community activities.

You will be able to pick shifts as a bank worker, with services offering a mix of hours including evenings and weekends. A driving licence is helpful. DBS checks are encouraged for safeguarding.

Formación

• Experience with autistic people is helpful but not essential.
• Possession of a driving licence (minimum one year) is essential.
• An Enhanced DBS check is preferred but not essential.
• Willingness to work evenings and weekends as bank staff.

Responsabilidades

• Assist with personal care including bathing, dressing and eating.
• Encourage participation in activities and community outings.
• Support life skills such as budgeting, shopping and meal preparation.
• Work across multiple homes and choose shifts as a bank worker.
