Job summary

The National Autistic Society invites applications for a Bank Support Worker at Mansfield House. You will help people live their best lives by following individual support plans and daily routines, with shifts that can include evenings and weekends.

We value caring, reliability and a positive attitude. Experience with autistic people is helpful but not essential, and all staff are expected to complete safeguarding checks; an Enhanced DBS is preferred.

Qualifications

• Willingness to work across evenings and weekends as required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with personal care and daily activities.
• Encourage participation in activities they enjoy (swimming, walking, arts).
• Support life skills and independence (budgeting, shopping, meals).
