The National Autistic Society is seeking a Bank Support Worker for NAS Centre West London, near Ealing Broadway. You will help people live their best lives by following support plans and daily routines, with shifts that may include evenings and weekends.

We welcome applicants who can inspire others and have a caring, reliable approach. Driving licence is essential; experience with autism is helpful but not required.

Formación

• Possession of a driving licence (minimum one year) is essential.
• Experience with autistic people is helpful but not essential.
• Personal experience or a passion for helping others is welcome.

Responsabilidades

• Assist with personal care (bathing, dressing, eating).
• Encourage activities they enjoy (swimming, hiking, arts & crafts).
