Compass Community Limited in Colchester is seeking dedicated Bank Support Workers to join our children’s homes. You will support children and young people, build positive relationships, and help with activities, education and daily life.

No prior experience required; full induction and ongoing training provided. A valid driving licence is preferred and flexibility with hours is required to cover shifts.

Qualificações

• Is 22 years of age or above to meet Ofsted regulations.
• Caring, compassionate and able to build positive relationships.
• Valid manual driving licence.
• Ability to remain calm in challenging situations.

Responsabilidades

• Work closely with children and young people in care, putting their needs first and safeguarding them.
• Meet a variety of children and young people, some requiring high levels of supervision and support.
• Assist with care of children and young people, supporting activities, hobbies and educational pursuits.
• Create timetables, set boundaries and maintain consistency and organisation.
