You will join a team that works well together to provide care for people with mental health conditions. Whether you are a Healthcare Assistant, Support Worker, or Care Worker, you will utilize your experience to support people in leading a valued and fulfilled life.
It can be a challenging environment at times, so a positive attitude, compassion, resilience, and vigilance are important. It is hugely rewarding to see people improve; being able to do something today that they couldn’t do last week because of you.
With Elysium, you’ll experience what delivering great healthcare should feel like as you make a real difference to some of the most vulnerable people in society. There are plenty of opportunities to stay engaged and motivated, with rewards and a fulfilling nursing role.
The service operates 24/7 with 12.5-hour standard shifts. As a Healthcare Assistant on our bank, you’ll be on a zero-hour contract, giving you the flexibility to choose your shifts each week.
Where you will be working

Ivy is a 6-bed admission area, and Rose is a 12-bed rehabilitation area, with the option to flex within the 12-bed area to a four-bed section for patients progressing well and preparing for discharge to the community.
The aim of the service is to support women in improving their self-worth, building a better quality of life, and equipping them with skills for community living and increased independence.
