We’re hiring Support Workers to join a Special Educational Needs (SEN) school in the Bridgend area. This is a fantastic opportunity to work 1:2:1 with pupils and in small group settings, supporting children and young people with a variety of additional learning needs.

Role Highlights:

Position: SEN Support Worker / Teaching Assistant

Pay: From £89.38 per day (paid weekly)

Hours: Full-time and part-time available – flexible to suit your schedule

Start: Immediate or ongoing opportunities

What You’ll Do:

Provide one-to-one support for pupils with additional needs
