Job summary

Eden Futures is hiring a Bank Support Worker to assist adults with learning disabilities, autism and complex needs in homes and community settings across our services. You will help people live as independently as possible, with tailored development plans and access to learning and apprenticeships.

We offer a supportive, values-led culture, a £12.71 hourly rate, pro rata annual illustrations for hours worked, and a £500 refer-a-friend bonus. Sponsorship is not available for this position.

Responsibilities

• Support service users to lead a full and active life in line with their wishes and care plans.
• Safeguard service users and respond to safeguarding concerns.
• Provide emotional support with a person-centred approach.
• Assist with daily living tasks, finances, medication, personal care and health needs.
• Be a point of contact for families and social workers and report issues accurately.
