Job summary

Eden Futures is seeking Bank Support Workers to assist individuals in their own homes across Wem and Oswestry, helping them live as independently as possible. Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Support service users to lead a full and active life in line with their wishes and plans.
• Safeguard service users and protect their welfare from abuse.
• Provide emotional support with a person-centred approach.
• Assist with social activities, finances, medications, practical tasks, personal care, hygiene and healthcare.
• Act as informal point of contact for families and social workers.
• Accurately report and record health and wellbeing concerns.
