Job summary

Eden Futures is hiring a Bank Support Worker to join our team across Supported Living services, supporting individuals in their homes and in the community. You’ll help them live as independently as possible while learning and growing through our development pathways.

We value compassionate, team-oriented people and offer a supportive, people-first culture with recognition and opportunities for progression. Roles are paid at £12.71 per hour and can include a £500 referral bonus.

Qualifications

• No prior care experience required; values-based recruitment.
• Willingness to learn and develop through training and the Care Certificate.
• Ability to work in a team and use own initiative.

Responsibilities

• Support individuals to lead a full and active life.
• Keep service users safe and safeguard welfare.
• Provide emotional support with a person-centred approach.
• Assist with social activities, finances, medications, personal care.
• Be an informal contact for families and social workers.
• Accurately report issues to monitor health and wellbeing.
• Comply with Health and Safety regulations.
