• A minimum of 12 months on your right to work.

Responsibilities

• Encouraging people to play active roles in their communities and independence.
• Supporting activities of daily living including personal care, routines, meal planning and budgeting.
• Communicating effectively using individuals' chosen methods.
• Engaging to promote and motivate the people we support to improve quality of life.
• Specialising in positive behavioural support where needed.
• Recording and reporting changes in health or circumstances to management.
