Compass Community Limited is seeking a Bank Support Worker to help transform the lives of children in our care. You will support children and young people, build positive relationships and contribute to safeguarding and emotional well-being.

Role offers flexible hours, with training provided and a focus on development within a caring residential environment. Driving licence is required, and applicants should be 22 or older to meet Ofsted rules.

Qualifications

• Must be 22 years of age or above to meet Ofsted regulations.
• Must be caring, compassionate and able to build positive relationships.
• Must have a valid manual driving licence.
• Ability to remain calm in challenging situations.
• Previous experience is not essential; comprehensive induction and ongoing training provided.

Responsabilités

• Work closely with children and young people in care, focusing on meeting their needs and safeguarding.
• Meet a variety of children and young people, including those requiring higher supervision and support.
• Assist with care of our children and young people, supporting them in activities, hobbies and education.
