Job summary

Dove Valley Mews, a residential service run by Cygnet Health Care for adults with learning disabilities and complex needs, seeks a Bank Support Worker. You will provide person-centred care, assist with medical and welfare tasks, safeguarding and help residents access the community and build daily living skills.

The post is bank-based with 12-hour shifts in a three-apartment setting with shared living areas. An enhanced DBS check is required.

• Give physical and emotional support, guidance and encouragement

• Maintain a safe and clean environment
• Support people to access the community, including work, college, hobbies, days out and holidays
• Help people grow and learn skills through tasks such as cooking and cleaning
