Job summary

The Beeches, operated by Cygnet Health Care, is seeking a bank health support worker to provide compassionate personal, emotional, and medical support to adults with autism and learning disabilities. You will work across day, night, and weekend shifts with overtime opportunities, enhancing residents’ independence while keeping the environment safe and clean.

Job description

Bank support worker post at The Beeches, a specialist residential service run by Cygnet Health Care for adults with autism and learning disabilities, some of whom present with behaviours that challenge. The work centres on personal, emotional and medical support, helping residents build independence and take part in their community while keeping the service safe and clean. Shifts can be days, nights, weekends or occasional, with the freedom to choose hours and take overtime. Enhanced DBS check required.
