Bank shifts at Gables, a specialist residential service run by Cygnet Health Care for adults with learning disabilities, complex needs and behaviours that challenge. The work centres on enhanced, person-centred care: physical and emotional support, helping with medical and welfare needs, reporting on them and safeguarding. The home offers longer-term placements with round-the-clock care. Only female applicants or drivers may apply, under an occupational requirement, and an enhanced DBS check is needed.
