Job summary

The Beeches at CYGNET is looking for a confident Bank Support Worker to assist adults with autism and learning disabilities in a safe, caring environment. You’ll support daily activities, monitor wellbeing, and encourage independence through a flexible learning approach.

We offer flexible shifts including days, nights, weekends or occasional hours, with DBS checks required. Training, supervision and peer support are provided to help you thrive in this role.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting adults with autism and learning disabilities.
• Able to communicate clearly with residents, families and colleagues.
• Demonstrates empathy and patience in handling challenging behaviours.

Responsibilities

• Offer enhanced care with a flexible learning approach for service users.
• Provide physical and emotional support and promote independence.
• Assist with medical and welfare needs, and report as required.
• Maintain a safe, clean environment and safeguard residents.
