Job summary

Cygnet is seeking a Bank Support Worker to provide compassionate, flexible care across our mental health services in Greater Manchester & the North West. You will support individuals with their physical and emotional needs, work within teams, and participate in a 3-week induction at Cygnet Bury.

This role offers varied shifts, excellent development opportunities, and employee discounts. You will join a supportive network, with regular coaching, appraisal, and access to apprenticeship schemes.
