Job summary

Priory Hospital Suttons Manor is seeking a Bank Support Worker to join our team in Suttons Manor. The role supports people with complex mental health needs, with day and night shifts available.

Location is Priory Hospital Suttons Manor, Stapleford Tawney, and access to a vehicle is recommended due to rural surroundings. Training, DBS payment, and development opportunities are provided as part of the package.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care or a related subject, or an equivalent/higher recognised qualification.
• GCSE or NVQ Level 2 in English and Maths.
• If the NVQ Level 2 qualification is not already held, the successful candidate will be required to commence the qualification within six months of joining and complete it within the specified timeframe.

• You'll be part of a dedicated and compassionate team, all working together to ensure the smooth running of the service.
• You will provide the highest standard of person-centred support and care to the people who use our service, maintaining their dignity and respect, enabling them to lead as independent lives as possible and realise their potential.
• You will also ensure that your actions and behaviour comply with corporate policies, local procedures, statutory regulations and quality standards.

Whether you're assisting with day-to-day operations, supporting with care requirements, keeping things organised, or ensuring our spaces are well looked after, your support plays an important part in creating a positive experience for those who live and work here.
