The Priory Group is seeking a Bank Support Worker for The Croft in Diss. You will support residents with personal care, daily living activities, and community access, in a residential setting with flexible, zero-hour shifts.
Ideal candidates have NVQ2 in Health & Social Care or equivalent, plus GCSEs in English and Maths. Driving is beneficial; DBS paid for and pension details are offered where applicable.

Working hours are 08:00 - 20:00 (or 08:00 - 14:00 - 14:00 - 20:00) for day shifts and 20:00 - 08:00 for night duties.
The Croft has an opportunity for a Bank Support Worker to join our team.
The Croft, Diss, Norfolk is a residential service supporting 6 adults with a range of needs. It is located in a town setting and is accessible by public transport, with local bus routes and Diss railway station nearby. Due to the location of the service, access to a vehicle or the ability to drive is recommended.

Essential for the role NVQ2 in Health & Social Care or related area or equivalent or higher recognised qualification. GCSE or NVQ2 in English and Maths. N.B. It is not anticipated that all new recruits to the role will have NVQ2 qualification but will commence the attainment process within six months of joining and will have a specific time period in which to qualify.
