Job summary

Cygnet Group are looking for a confident Bank Support Worker to join The Beeches. This role offers flexible shifts including days, nights, weekends, and occasional shifts, with DBS checks required for successful candidates.

You will support adults with autism and learning disabilities, providing emotional and physical assistance in a safe environment. Applicants should be compassionate, team‑oriented and capable of adapting to individual needs.

Beeches is a specialist residential service for adults with autism and learning disabilities who may also present with behaviours that challenge. We aim to provide a safe, comfortable and effective care environment for those in our care, promoting independence and community integration.

Your Day-to-Day

• Offer enhanced care with a flexible learning approach for all our service users, patients & residents
• Provide guidance and encouragement through physical & emotional support
• Learn about individuals specific needs & provide help in the most appropriate way
• Assist with medical & welfare needs and report as required
• Safeguard
• Maintain a safe and clean environment for all
