Cygnet Group in Macclesfield is seeking Bank Support Workers to join our specialist residential service at Broughton Lodge, caring for adults with autism and learning disabilities.

You’ll work bank shifts both days and nights (8am–8pm, 8pm–8am) with a pay rate of £13.00 per hour plus 12.1% holiday allowance (£14.57 per hour). Extra overtime, coaching and employee discounts are available.

You’ll have the opportunity to work

bank shifts atBroughton Lodge. This is a specialist residential service for adults with autism and a learning disability who may present with behaviours that may be of concern.

Days - 8am until 8pm

Nights - 8pm until 8am

We aim to provide a safe, comfortable and effective environment for those in our care, promoting independence and community integration. On site we have a multi-disciplinary team (MDT) who assist and support us to provide outcome based care and support pathways.
