Job summary

Cygnet Group is seeking a Bank Support Worker to join our Kidsgrove hospital team in Staffordshire. You will provide compassionate, person-centred care on bank shifts, delivering physical and emotional support to service users and helping maintain a safe environment.

We value excellent communication, teamwork and a genuine desire to empower individuals. DBS clearance is required, and you’ll benefit from flexible working, coaching, and a supportive peer network.

We are looking for an outstandingBank Support Workerwith a passion for delivering excellent care.

You'll have the opportunity to workbank shifts atCygnet Hospital Kidsgrove. Cygnet Hospital Kidsgrove is our hospital for women in Staffordshire.

There are two wards at the hospital; a 20 bed Acute service for women and an 11 bed Highly Specialised Personality Disorder Rehabilitation service. Crocus Ward provides a safe and stabilising environment for women who are experiencing an acute episode of mental illness and require an emergency admission. Burleigh Ward provides specialised support for women with a personality disorder and other complex needs.

Your day-to-day
