Cygnet Group is seeking a Bank Support Worker at Ellen Mhor in Scotland to provide high-quality care with a flexible learning approach. You’ll support adults with learning disabilities and complex needs, delivering physical and emotional care and ensuring safety.

The role offers flexible bank shifts, overtime opportunities, coaching, and discounts on shopping and travel, with a PVG check required.

We are looking for an outstanding Bank Support Worker with a passion for delivering excellent care.

You’ll have the opportunity to work flexible bank shifts atEllen Mhor. This is our specialist residential service with nursing, supporting up to 12 adults living with learning disabilities and complex needs, and who may have autism. The team also supports people who have behaviours that may challenge and associated mental or physical health needs. We provide specialist nursing care and support that is tailored to individual needs, promoting independence and community integration.

Your day-to-day…
