Cygnet Health Care is seeking Bank Support Workers to help deliver high‑caliber care at a specialist residential service for adults with autism and learning disabilities. You’ll work flexible bank shifts on days and nights, providing physical and emotional support, while promoting independence and community integration.

You\'ll join a multidisciplinary team, receive coaching and supervision, and benefit from flexible hours, overtime opportunities, DBS checks, and employee discounts.

Bank Support Workers

We are looking for outstanding Bank Support Workers with a passion for delivering excellent care. You'll have the opportunity to work bank shifts at Broughton Lodge. This is a specialist residential service for adults with autism and a learning disability who may present with behaviours that may be of concern.

Shift Pattern

• Days - 8am until 8pm
• Nights - 8pm until 8am

We aim to provide a safe, comfortable and effective environment for those in our care, promoting independence and community integration.

On site we have a multi-disciplinary team (MDT) who assist and support us to provide outcome based care and support pathways.

Salary and Benefits

We offer you £13.00 per hour plus 12.1% holiday allowance (£14.57 per hour).
