Job summary

Cygnet Hospital Harrogate is seeking a Bank Support Worker to join our mental health teams on a flexible, bank shift basis. You will provide compassionate, person-centred care and support service users with daily activities and welfare needs.

We offer robust supervision, ongoing coaching and a 13.00 per hour rate plus 12.1% holiday allowance, with overtime opportunities and employee discounts. DBS check will be required for successful candidates.

Qualifications

• Successful candidates will be required to undergo an enhanced DBS check.

We are looking for an outstanding Bank Support Worker with a passion for delivering excellent care.

You’ll have the opportunity to work bank shifts atCygnet Hospital Harrogate. This is a long-established mental health hospital that provides an emergency admissions service across two acute wards. The service has a full Multidisciplinary team (MDT) including consultant psychiatrists, doctors, a therapy team including group and activities coordinators and nursing therapists.

The CQC has rated Cygnet Hospital Harrogate, on Ripon Road, Good overall and Good across all five inspection domains; safe, effective, caring, responsive and well-led.
