Community Integrated Care is seeking Bank Support Workers for a Supported Living service in Havercroft to assist three gentlemen with their day-to-day needs. Shifts include days, nights and Sleep-Ins, with a typical pattern from 8am–3pm, 3pm–10:30pm, 10am–5pm and Sleep-In 10:30pm–7:30am. DBS paid, pension and flexible hours on offer.
You will work with a close-knit on-site team, helping residents engage in activities and maintain independence while providing compassionate, person-centred support.

This is an exciting opportunity to join Community Integrated Care at our supported living service in Havercroft.
We need empathic, patient staff to provide person-centred support to individuals who are living here.
We want everyone who accesses our services to have the opportunity to live the best life possible. You will be supporting people to work towards outcomes, enabling them to maintain independence.
You will encourage and support people to engage in the local community, clubs, cinema, shows, days out, gym, pub lunches shopping, and activities of our personal choice, they like doing daytime and evening activities.
You will support a community within Wakefield itself, across several services there are long-standing friendships, and you will support to maintain these relationships.
We will be closely working with new partnerships, exciting new prospects, and activities for the entire community to enjoy.
Crescent Road is a supported living project where 3 gentlemen with care and support needs reside.
The property is a bungalow set on a moderately busy street, It has a large communal living space and a beautiful back garden, shed, parking, sleep over space and utility.
The property is in the market town of Havercroft there are regular buses linking the town with Barnsley, Wakefield, and surrounding towns.
We live within a short walking distance from the local amenities, which include shops and a range of cafes, GP and sports centre and community centre.
We will have a core background team on duty 24/7 so there is overnight shifts and we will provide additional 1:1 support, ranging from personal care, housekeeping, and meals to days out and trips to the shops and activities.
