CareTech is recruiting a Support Worker in Hanley to provide person-centred assistance to adults with learning disabilities, autism, and mental health needs. You will help with daily living skills, engage in activities, and support community access in a residential service.
The role requires flexibility to work evenings, weekends and sleep-ins, with full DBS processing provided. No formal care qualification is required at entry, but willingness to progress is essential.

The people we support enjoy a wide range of activities, and Support Workers play a vital role in enabling these experiences, including: Arts and crafts Days out such as Theme Parks, Meals out, Social activities, Christmas markets etc.

We’re seeking people who are caring, patient, and respectful, with a positive and resilient approach.
You should be confident working independently and within a team, have good communication skills, basic IT and written abilities, and be flexible and reliable.
