Job summary

Jane Lewis Healthcare Recruitment is recruiting for Bank Support Workers to assist across multiple Supported Living and Residential services in Purley. You will provide practical care and support, helping with daily tasks and promoting independence while following care plans.

Roles are flexible bank shifts with weekly pay and access to training, with a £500 Refer a Nurse bonus and a free enhanced DBS check.

Qualifications

• At least six months of paid UK care or support experience within the last two years.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• A caring, reliable and professional approach.
• The right to work in the UK.
• aged 18 or over.

Bank Support Worker

Service Location: Purley

Pay: From £12.89 per hour, inclusive of holiday pay

We are looking for experienced Support Workers to join the bank team working across multiple Supported Living and Residential services in Purley.

The supported living services offer person-centred care for adults with complex needs, including learning disabilities or autism. Individuals may have secondary mental health needs or long-term physical conditions.

You'll support people with a range of needs to live as independently as possible and enjoy the routines, relationships and activities that matter to them.

What you'll be doing:
