Job summary

Bramley Health is seeking compassionate Bank Support Workers to join Heathvale House in the South London area. This bank role offers 4-hour shifts between 11:00am and 3:00pm, across Monday to Sunday, with no requirement to cover every day.

The role involves supporting vulnerable adults with neuro-psychiatric diagnoses, promoting independence, dignity, and emotional wellbeing, even during challenging behaviours. We provide mandatory training and value a willingness to learn, grow, and care.

Heathvale House is looking for compassionate, resilient and dedicated individuals to join us as Bank Support Workers! This Bank role offers 4-hour shifts between 11:00am and 3:00pm. Shifts are available across Monday to Sunday, and applicants are not required to be available every day.

As a Support Worker, you'll play a vital role in supporting vulnerable adults with neuro-psychiatric diagnoses. You'll help them live fulfilling lives by promoting independence, dignity, and emotional wellbeing even when behaviours may be challenging.
