Job summary

Jane Lewis Healthcare Recruitment is seeking experienced Bank Support Workers to assist across multiple Supported Living and Residential services in Croydon. You will provide practical care, support daily activities, and promote independence for adults with complex needs.

Role offers flexible shifts, weekly pay and free DBS checks, plus training and development. A Refer a Nurse bonus is available and the team provides supportive guidance for every shift.

Qualifications

• At least six months of paid UK care or support experience within the last two years.
• Experience supporting individuals with learning disabilities and autism.
• Right to work in the UK and good communication skills.

Bank Support Worker

Service Location: Croydon

Pay: From £12.89 per hour, inclusive of holiday pay

We are looking for experienced Support Workers to join the bank team working across multiple Supported Living and Residential services in Croydon.

The supported living services offer person-centred care for adults with complex needs, including learning disabilities or autism. Individuals may have secondary mental health needs or long-term physical conditions.

You'll support people with a range of needs to live as independently as possible and enjoy the routines, relationships and activities that matter to them.

What you'll be doing:
