Job summary

The Richmond Fellowship Scotland, Kelso, is recruiting Bank Support Practitioners to assist individuals living in their own homes with disabilities and care needs. You’ll support with daily activities, medication reminders, finances, housework and meal prep while encouraging independence and social engagement.

We provide fully funded SVQ training, a structured onboarding, and a friendly, supportive team. Note: applications from female candidates only due to service requirements.

Qualifications

• Empathetic and caring nature essential.
• Good observation and communication skills required.
• Comfortable working with computers and basic records.
• Ability to work well in a team and independently.

Responsibilities

• Assist individuals at home with daily living activities.
• Include medication reminders, finances, housework, meals and personal care.
• Support social engagement and hobbies.
• Maintain good communication with carers and team.
